quote sleep dreams about lifeYou can activate invisible forces that will help transform your dream to reality just by the sheer power of your thoughts. Dreams are stories and images that our mind create while we sleep. They can be entertaining, funny, hopeful, and romantic, disturbing, frightening or sometimes leaves a fallacious feeling. It functions from unconscious mind while serving valuable clues to operate our unconscious mind. Freud (1900) considered dreams to be Royal road to the unconscious as it dreams where Ego’s defenses are lowered so that some repressed thoughts comes through awareness, although cluttered up in a distorted manner.

When a basic wish is translated into an episode of manifestation (inevitably disruptive in nature), it gets converted into a latent meaning of a dream. This process of condensation is a combination between two or more ideas of images joined together into one frame. For example: A dream about a house might be a condensation of worries about its security issues , arranging funds , final appearance and most importantly it should suffice all the family members.

Our mind forms layers which creates meaning in dreams, which offer a sense of the richness of dream experience for self-realization. A layer begin on the surface which reaches next to consciousness. Emotions or thoughts that haven’t been given enough attention may be at this near-surface level. Even at this level, dreams offer us an opportunity to generate changes. For simplicity’s sake, consider interactions between your urges and your conscience or consider the difficulty of making an important decision.

Katrina Mayer (Author, lifestyle coach and motivational speaker), a doctorate in metaphysics from American institute of holistic theology quoted:

“Believe in your dreams, they were given to you for a reason.”

Power of dreams are not measured by the frequency of dreaming but by the speed of actions to make them true.

Dreams can be incredibly inspiring and when we begin take actions they become little more than dreams. To turn dreams into reality we need to focus attention on following:

Believe in Yourself
Take daily actions
Set a Time frame to it
Ignore negative views
Drop your expectations
Work out of your comfort zone

Once you go after your dreams, your life wakes up and everything connects in a meaningful reality. Lao Tazo says:

“Be careful what you water your dreams with , watering them with worry and fear and you will produce weeds that choke your life from your dreams , water them with optimism and solution and you will cultivate success. Always be on the lookout for ways to nurture your dreams.”
